LA Mirage Koratty hosts wedding receptions and engagements on the old NH at Koratty, about 25 minutes from Cochin International Airport. A pillarless AC banquet hall seats 500, a covered garden banquet dines up to 800, and the venue takes events for up to 1,500 guests. For many families in central Kerala the wedding has two halves. The ceremony takes place at the family’s church or temple, and the reception follows in a hall, where the couple make their entry, cut the cake, meet every guest on stage and sit down to dinner. The reception is the part the whole circle of relatives, friends and colleagues attends, so it is usually the larger of the two, and it is the half a venue has to get right.
LA Mirage is built for that half. The halls, the stage, the lights, the sound, the anchor and the live stream come from one team under one package, so the family spends the week before the wedding with the family, not on the phone to vendors. Venue packages start at ₹1,99,152 + 18% GST (Coral). Everything below is in Coral; Pearl (₹2,41,525) and Ruby (₹3,38,135) build on it.
The halls
The pillarless indoor AC banquet hall seating 500, with premium sofas and a family table, and the covered garden banquet for dinner, cooled with air coolers.
The stage
Stage decoration chosen from our stage designs, stage sofa sets, backstage LED walls with background loops, a fusion side stage and a green room with dressing tables and soft drinks.
The entry
An entrance arch, entrance cool fire, pathway carpet and stands, then fog, dry-ice fog, cool fire and smoke bubbles for the couple’s stage entry, with colour-changing music-sync lights.
The programme
An MC and anchor, fusion music with two instruments or keyboard and vocal, the hall sound system with an operator, and two hostesses to welcome guests and help on stage.
The keepsakes
A two-layer cake with stand, wine with two glasses, two bouquets and two garlands, a 360° selfie booth, a mirror selfie booth with a DSLR, sharing stations and 100 photo prints.
The practical part
Multi-camera live streaming, free guest Wi-Fi, TV signage, a power backup generator, at least 20 security staff, parking for 300 cars and valet for 90.
Pearl adds up to four dance performances, a fresh flower garland, a cake of up to three layers, 200 stage photo prints and a 16-seater van for the family. Ruby adds a seven-member singari melam, fresh flower decoration on the stage, the pathway stands and the family table, up to 300 photo prints and an event tablet with the stage photos and the live-stream recording. The evening reception: the slot and the hard stop.
Each date at LA Mirage has a day slot and an evening slot, and the booking page shows which of the two is still open, live. An evening reception lets the couple come straight from a morning or afternoon ceremony.
Evening events end by 11:30 PM at the latest. A package covers 4 hours of event time; beyond that, extra time is charged per half hour, and an evening can be extended by 1 hour at most within that hard stop. You set the exact start time with your event manager in the event form, and the stage programme, the dinner and the send-off are planned backwards from the end.

Guests arrive
Valet takes the cars, with a WhatsApp ticket for each one. Guests walk in under the entrance arch past the cool fire, and the hostesses meet them at the door.
The couple’s entry
The MC announces the couple. Fog, dry-ice fog and cool fire mark the walk to the stage, while the music-sync lights and the LED wall loop change with the music.
Cake and toast
The two-layer cake and the wine with two glasses are ready on stage, and the fusion musicians play under the toast. The live stream carries all of it to family who are not in the hall.
Stage photos
Families come up to the stage in turn. Guests who are waiting use the 360° and mirror selfie booths, and the sharing stations send them their photos.
Dinner
Dinner is served in the covered garden banquet, where up to 800 guests dine, 235 seated at a time. The food comes from your caterer, billed separately.
Send-off
Guests retrieve their cars from valet with one click, and the evening closes by 11:30 PM at the latest.

Roofed and open on all four sides, cooled with air coolers. Up to 800 guests dine here, 235 seated at a time at 40 round tables and 300 banquet chairs.

The venue takes events of up to 1,500 guests. Give your event manager the number early, and the evening is planned around it.
The reception stage, décor and LED walls.
The stage is decorated from our catalogue of stage designs, with minimal alterations, and stage-front artificial flowers, table centrepieces, chair bows and a candle stand dress the hall around it. Fresh-flower décor is not part of Coral; Ruby adds fresh flowers on the stage, the pathway stands and the family table.

Live streaming the reception.
Kerala families are spread across the Gulf, Europe and beyond, and someone always cannot travel. Multi-camera live streaming to social media is part of every package, so they watch the entry, the cake and the stage as it happens. Catering for the reception dinner: billed separately.
LA Mirage does not cook and takes no margin on food. Our catering partner is Kiriyanthan’s Restaurant & Caterers (Food Cafe Caterers), Mookkannoor, who invoice you in their own name. Their Classic non-veg menu is priced per guest, before 5% GST:
- Under 600 guests: ₹575 per guest
- 600–999 guests: ₹550 per guest
- 1,000+ guests: ₹525 per guest

An engagement or manasammatham (betrothal) venue.
The engagement, or manasammatham, is often the first time the two families host their guests together. At LA Mirage an engagement or betrothal function uses the same halls, the same stage and the same package list as a reception, and it is booked the same way: pick the date and the slot online and confirm it with the advance.
Families who hold the engagement here and come back for the wedding reception work with one team for both, and the guests already know the way. The venue’s own description says it plainly: from an engagement to a wedding, a naming ceremony to a birthday, every event is organised and hosted here.
A reception venue near Kochi airport, and a reception hall in Thrissur district.
LA Mirage is at Manjalykettu, Old NH, Koratty Bazar Rd, Koratty 680308, in the south of Thrissur district where it meets Ernakulam. Cochin International Airport (COK), at Nedumbassery, is about 25 minutes away by road, which makes it an easy reception venue near Kochi for relatives flying in for the evening. Chalakudy is the nearest town to the north on the old NH and Angamaly the nearest to the south, so guests from the Thrissur side and the Kochi side arrive on one road, and Koratty Angadi railway station is close by.
