Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- The entire rental fee or advance payment is non-refundable.
- LA Mirage Convention Center reserves the right to cancel rentals in the event of inclement weather, emergency conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation by LA Mirage Convention Center:
- In the event of a cancellation initiated by LA Mirage Convention Center, all rental fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling is not permitted within 60 days of the scheduled event.
- The entire advance amount is non-refundable, regardless of rescheduling requests.
- Any rescheduling requests made prior to the 60-day cutoff must be submitted in writing via email from the registered customer’s email address or through our official website: https://la-mirage.in.
- Approved rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of LA Mirage Convention Center.
No Exceptions Policy:
- No rescheduling or refunds will be granted for cancellations or date change requests made within 60 days of the event.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once.
